Stacey & Dave's Wedding

Today we are headed to the J.K. Yearick Center in Howard, for the Wedding Reception of Stacey & Dave. Stacey contacted us via Facebook asking about our services and a few days later came back and asked us to do the wedding.

Just a few days before this weddding AJ fell really sick and was afraid he would be unable to do this wedding. However 2 bottles of Nyquil and countless tissues later, he was there. The ceremony for this wedding was taking place just down the road on the beach at The Howard Dam.

Once the bridal party returned after pictures we brought in the Bride and Groom only as the Grand Entrance. After a few short toasts and a blessing we ate some dinner. After dinner Dave & Stacey cut the cake and then took to the dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife to "God Gave Me You" by Blake Shelton.

We then opened the dance floor before doing the Garter/Bouquet Toss and the anniversary dance.

This week's venue spotlight takes us to Millbrook Marsh & Nature Center. We were here in August for the wedding of Leigh and Jared. Just like last week's venue they offer several outdoor locations for your ceremony and the reception can be held in the barn. Lock Haven Boy Scout Troop Holiday Party

Tonight DJ Gigi was helping us out by picking up an event for us in Lock Haven. Stef who is a leader with the Boy Scouts and friends with AJ had contacted us about DJing the party. We weren't available to do it, but after reaching out to DJ Gigi she agreed to do it for us. We are thankful that she was able to pull it off for us and all had a wonderful time.
